There’ll be no White Christmas for me this year, as I’m headed to the land of Oz, otherwise known as Australia. Technically, Christmas will evaporate for me, as I take off on the 24th, but don’t land until the 26th.  No, it doesn’t take quite that long to fly from NYC-Sydney, it’s just the damn time zone difference! But, no matter. It’s summertime in Sydney, and I’ll be gorging on Tim-Tams and Lamingtons, drinking way too much wine, downing blue crabs and Balmain bugs at the world’s third largest fish market, and figuring out what the heck “Mod-Oz” cuisine really means.

Cheerio,
Suzanne
